Datuk Faridah Hanim Haron or affectionately known as Ibu Hanim believes that the only way for a business to sustain for a longer time is through structured planning and execution with prevailing leadership skills.
Based on several case studies, a big percentage of SMEs can only survive up to seven years. Hence, it became the reason why Ibu Hanim resigned from Petronas as a Learning Specialist, Learning Consultant and Leadership Advisor to create her own business called Annems Leadership Solution Sdn Bhd.
“I feel the responsibility to teach and spread the experience, knowledge and wisdom that I gained for the past 20 years in the field of learning and organizational Development to every founder of SMEs in Malaysia so that they can sustain their businesses for a longer time.” She added that SMEs are one of the key areas of growth for vision 2020 and is expected to contribute up to 41 percent of Malaysia’s GDP by 2020.

She leads her workshops and learning sessions with her personal brand of motivation and passion which helps to ignite and accelerate learning and accomplished goals.
